What is Outsand?

It represents a pre-aid handbook that helps NGOs to protect people living in areas threatened by sandstorms, namely a climate-related extreme event caused by strong wind and sand or dust. In it they could find common sense about sand storms and nearly all emegency measures and preparation measures against the effects brought by sand storms. The APP has been created with the watchword « be easy ». Indeed, when facing an emergency people may be taken by stress and consequently they have to find quickly and easily all information necessary to succeed in handling the situation.
